The role includes RFQ vetting, rate card evaluation, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and promote cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship in supply chain/purchasing welcome.
• 0–2 years in purchasing/procurement/supply chain coordination; freight procurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized contract repository for 3PLs, carriers, and warehousing.
• Track key milestones, terms, and expiration dates.
• Monitor renewal/expiry timelines; alert management 60–90 days prior.
• Vet RFQs and convert bids into addendums and rate sheets.
• Audit SLA and compliance with terms; liaise with legal and operations.
