HelloConnect in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, is seeking an entry-level payroll associate to support daily data entry, timekeeping review, and payroll processing for our employees. You will work closely with the senior payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quick learners of HRIS or payroll tools, and able to handle routine tasks with consistency.

Qualifications

• Entry level, 0–2 years payroll experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to do overtime when needed to meet payroll deadlines.
• Capacity to learn HRIS or payroll tools quickly.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timekeeping review of employees weekly and inform leaders of actions before payroll.
• Support payroll bank account setup and respond to payroll queries.
• Aid senior payroll staff in monthly payroll calculations and annualization tasks.
• Prepare documents for final pay processing and maintain records.
• Provide general payroll support and resolve basic employee inquiries.
