ProbeGroup Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payroll Associate to support the Payroll team with processing payroll data, final pay preparation, and payroll monitoring. The role ensures accurate payroll records and timely completion of payroll tasks.

You will assist in preparing final pays for resigned employees, coordinate clearance forms, and generate payroll reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll, HR, accounting, or a related administrative role.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and 3 days work-from-home).
• Can start ASAP.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing payroll by preparing and validating payroll-related data.
• Prepare weekly final pay computations for resigned employees.
• Track HR-endorsed clearance forms and coordinate final pay release schedules.
• Update payroll summaries and prepare supporting documents for review.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting regarding payroll-related requirements.
• Prepare BIR Form 2316 for resigned employees.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and statutory contribution files.
• Maintain payroll trackers, including leave monitoring, incentive tracking, allowance computation, salary-on-hold monitoring, and payroll dispute tracking.
• Respond to basic payroll-related inquiries via email and chat.
• Assist the Payroll team with year-end payroll activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.
