Job summary

HelloConnect in Taguig City is seeking an entry-level Payroll Assistant to join a dynamic payroll team. You will assist in daily data entry, timekeeping checks, and payroll processing, supporting senior staff to ensure accurate and timely payments for employees.

Ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years in payroll. You will learn HRIS tools and payroll protocols while contributing to accurate payroll operations and excellent employee service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 0–2 years payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn HRIS or payroll tools.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly timekeeping reviews and notify leaders ahead of payroll runs.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and bank account setup.
• Help senior payroll specialists with payroll processes on regular payroll dates (10th and 25th).
• Prepare final pay documents and assist with leave balance computations.
• Maintain organized payroll records and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
