Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (firewalls, routers, wireless APs).
• Some knowledge of Linux and GUI-based networking platforms.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech with customers and colleagues.
