Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and monitoring tools.
• Experience troubleshooting network, server, and application issues.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, and switches.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network devices, servers, and applications for performance and availability.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues according to SOPs.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and maintenance.
• Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.
