The successful candidate will assist in new matters, endorsements, medical updates and document releases, support settlements and repatriation, and follow ISO 9001:2015 requirements while maintaining excellent client service in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• College degree holder or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hardworking with keen eye for detail.
• Personable and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new matters, endorsements, medical updates, and release of documents.
• Assist in settlements, repatriation of seafarers.
• Adhere to Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
