Job summary

Del Rosario Pandiphil Inc., founded in 1977 and partnered with Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices, is expanding its team to uphold integrity, quality and efficiency in marine claims handling and seafarer services.

The successful candidate will assist in new matters, endorsements, medical updates and document releases, support settlements and repatriation, and follow ISO 9001:2015 requirements while maintaining excellent client service in English and Tagalog.

Qualifications

• College degree holder or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hardworking with keen eye for detail.
• Personable and service-oriented.

• Assists in new matters, endorsements, finalizes medical updates, and release of documents.

• Assists in settlements, repatriation of seafarers.

• Adheres to the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

Job Qualifications

• College Degree Holder or its equivalent

• Preferably fresh graduate to 1-year experience
