Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist with import/export documentation and filing.
• Support customs compliance and broker interactions.
• Document SOPs and improve team workflows.
• Communicate with suppliers and carriers via email/phone.
• Gather quotes and track shipping costs.
• Help resolve shipment discrepancies and risks.
