• Ability to liaise with airlines, brokers, and clients to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight import/export shipments end-to-end.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas agents.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (AWB, HAWB, invoices).
• Monitor schedules, track shipments, and address delays.
