Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

• Patient and service-oriented when assisting users.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical assistance to employees and troubleshoot computer/software issues.
• Assist with setup, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Help with basic network and internet connectivity concerns.
• Set up computers and IT equipment for new employees.
• Maintain and organize IT equipment and inventory.
• Assist with troubleshooting POS systems, CCTV, and other operational systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for external support.
• Maintain IT records and documentation.
• Provide on-site technical support to JGC businesses when needed.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
