New City Builders, Inc. is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our Manila-based team. You will provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance, helping them solve common hardware and software issues.

We value learners who can communicate clearly, document resolutions in our ticketing system, and collaborate with the IT team on routine maintenance tasks. This role offers hands-on growth in a professional environment.

Formación

• Pursuing IT/CS qualification or recent graduate.
• Proficiency with basic Windows, Mac, or Linux operations.
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records.
• Support the IT team in routine maintenance tasks and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Respond to user requests in a timely and professional manner.
