Qualifications

• College Graduate is required.
• No prior call center or hotel reservations experience needed; BPO/customer service background a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Customer-first attitude and good listening skills.
• Comfortable learning reservation systems and processes.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
