Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
Assist customers with room bookings and reservations.
Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests; assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
Escalate complex concerns when needed.
