Metacom Careers is seeking a Hotel Reservations Representative for a voice-based account. No prior hotel or call center experience is required, with paid training provided to help you learn reservations systems and processes.

This onsite role offers a shifting schedule and a full-time employment path for college graduates. You will handle inbound calls, assist with bookings, provide pricing and availability details, and process changes or cancellations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• College graduate with no required prior experience.
• Experience in BPO or hotel reservations is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Detail-oriented with good listening abilities.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with room bookings and reservations.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
