Job summary

You will encode data into our systems per SOP, verify entries, handle information requests, and perform administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 0–1 year data entry or related experience, proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets, and strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet softwares.

Responsibilities

• Encodes information into various automated systems by adhering to Crawford's SOP with regards to data entry.
• Checks data initially entered for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicates with concerned persons to request additional information or to confirm corrections if necessary.
• Complies with the given turnaround time to accomplish the entry of information into the system.
• Routes certain processes to other Business Process Associates if needed or as assigned.
• Responds to any queries regarding matters of work in a customer-oriented approach.
• Refers matters beyond limits of authority and expertise to immediate superior for direction.
• Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct by protecting the confidentiality of information.
• Performs variety of administrative duties and other related tasks from time to time as assigned to contribute to other business processes.
• Non-clinical staff may not conduct any activities that require interpretation of clinical information.
