No prior BPO experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. You will handle calls, queries and follow up on customer needs with a focus on quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, transactions, and complaints using company systems and procedures.
• Document all customer interactions in the call management system with detailed notes.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements during interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude with frustrated customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time and CSAT scores.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall team performance.
