Job summary

Bridgepoint Studies in Metro Manila is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist in process documentation, workflow design, SOP maintenance, and light operational analysis. This entry-level role helps translate service delivery into clearer processes, documentation, and better operational insight.

Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will map current and future-state workflows, collect stakeholder requirements, and support SOPs and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or related role.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping capability, with good written English.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and presentation tools to organise information.
• Able to think logically, identify process gaps, and maintain clear version-controlled documentation.
• Exposure to Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Jira or similar would be helpful.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and willingness to learn under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state workflows using process maps, notes, and structured templates
• Assist with gathering and organising requirements, observations, and process issues from stakeholders
• Support the design and maintenance of SOPs, service procedures, onboarding documentation, and operational records
• Analyse simple operational data such as error rates, turnaround times, volumes, and capacity trends using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Prepare clear summaries, reports, meeting notes, and supporting documentation for process improvement activity
• Support testing, implementation follow-up, and documentation updates where workflows or tools change
• Work under the direction of the Operations Manager and leadership rather than independently redesigning client processes
