Challenge Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Engineer to support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities for AEC software in Makati City.

This entry-level role focuses on learning Autodesk and SketchUp solutions, with training and certification opportunities provided. Ideal candidates have a foundation in engineering or architecture, strong communication, and a willingness to grow in BIM workflows and on-site customer support.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering/ Architectures with fresh-graduate status welcomed.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM/design software.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk software and BIM workflows.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and product support for AEC software via email, phone, chat, and on-site when required.
• Assist customers with installation, licensing, configuration, basic troubleshooting, and product functionality.
• Learn BIM workflows, model coordination, documentation, and cloud collaboration.
