Job summary

Arcadis Makati is seeking a Graduate Architect to join our Global Excellence Centre. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience across high-profile projects, with mentorship to grow architectural skills and industry knowledge.

You will support design tasks, create drawings, learn national standards, BIM workflows, and coordinate with project teams. A recent Architecture degree and English communication are essential; willingness to learn US/Canada codes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related equivalent.
• Strong design capability and technical proficiency.
• At least 4 months experience in superintendence or project administration.
• Familiarity with architectural software, BIM workflows a plus.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks on time with accuracy per Arcadis standards.
• Assist in creating and updating drawings, sketches, and documentation.
• Support modeling, data collection, and analysis to aid the design process.
• Review your work carefully before sharing with team.
• Learn relevant national standards, codes, and Arcadis procedures.
• Collaborate with project leads, increasing independence over time.
• Contribute as a team member to deliver quality outputs.
• Assist in gathering project data to inform design solutions.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and reports meeting client/regulatory requirements.
• Build knowledge of Arcadis services and client industries.
