Job summary

METEC Consulting Engineers seeks a BIM professional to develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, coordinating multidisciplinary models, and producing construction documentation. The role requires 3+ years in BIM/Revit, proficiency in Revit, and familiarity with BIM standards.

Experience with ACC and Navisworks is a plus, with a preference for candidates with EU project exposure. The position is based in Makati City, Philippines, with a hybrid work setup and international project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, drafting technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Navisworks Manage experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with BIM standards and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience working on European (EU) projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural).
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and client comments.
• Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams throughout the design process.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings when required.
