Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with current registration.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficient in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Willing to be trained and to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions.
• Create plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives using CAD tools.
• Incorporate engineering considerations into architectural designs and communicate design intent.
• Develop detailed drawings under supervision.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for cohesive drawings.
• Present design concepts to clients with floor plans and perspectives.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
