Job summary

Arab Engineering Bureau Inc. - Manila is seeking an Architectural CAD/Revit Modeler to support the Architecture department in Manila. You will translate sketches into detailed architectural designs using REVIT and BIM modelling, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Architecture, 2+ years' CAD/Revit experience, and proficiency in Revit, BIM Modeling, and AutoCAD. Collaboration with senior designers is expected to meet project milestones.

Job Title: Architectural CAD/Revit Modeler

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements from sketches to detailed architectural designs using REVIT and BIM Modelling works as per specified instructions of Team Leader or Senior Interior Designers.
• Adheres and complies to standard set for execution of implementation of design works.
• Prepares design project drawings with consistency, accuracy, neatness and presentation.
• Execute drafting activities based on strong CAD/Revit knowledge and can troubleshoot CAD/ Revit design software issues independently, when needed.
• Attends to any direct instructions from the Employer regarding development and progress of the production design drawings.
• Ensures design and computer-aided production works are submitted on time as per schedule.
• Performs duties and other functions as maybe directed by the Employer from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• At least 2 years of work experience in using CAD/Revit
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM Modeling, and AutoCAD
