Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineerthat could handle Pre-Sales / Post-Sales to support our growing Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)technology business.
This is an entry-level position, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will assist customers in learning, implementing, and troubleshooting AEC software solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), SketchUp, and other related applications.
You do not need to be an expert in all of these applications upon joining. We are looking for someone with a good foundation in engineering, architecture, or construction workflows, strong communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
Training and opportunities to earn relevant product certifications will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and product supportfor AEC software, primarily Autodesk and SketchUp solutions, through email, phone, chat, remote sessions, and on-site support when required.
- Assist customers with software installation, licensing, configuration, basic troubleshooting, and product functionality.
- Learn and support Building Information Modeling (BIM)workflows, model coordination, documentation, and cloud collaboration.
- Assist users with common Revitworkflows such as modeling, documentation, families, parameters, and project setup.
- Assist users with basic Civil 3Dworkflows involving surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and documentation.
- Help customers configure and use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)for document management, permissions, collaboration, and project coordination.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentationsto prospective customers together with the Sales Team.
- Assist the Sales Team during pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct basic product onboarding, training sessions, webinars, workshops, and live eventsfor customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, guides, presentations, and knowledge-base articles.
- Escalate complex technical concerns to senior engineers, Autodesk Support, or other appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Continuously study new AEC technologies, software releases, features, updates, and industry trends.
- Work toward relevant Autodesk, SketchUp, and other industry certifications as part of continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Construction Management, Drafting or other related Engineering/AEC courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge or academic exposure to AutoCAD or other CAD/BIM/design software.
- General understanding of architectural, engineering, construction, or infrastructure workflows.
- Willingness to learn software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and SketchUp.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting, explaining, or demonstrating technical concepts to customers.
- Customer-oriented, professional, and patient when assisting users.
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies and undergo technical training and certifications.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales and Technical teams.
- Willing to work 100% on-site in Makati City.
Advantage but Not Required
- Internship, academic project, OJT, or work experience involving AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Navisworks, or similar software.
- Familiarity with BIM concepts and workflows.
- Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)or Trimble Connect.
- Knowledge of Plant 3D, InfraWorks, 3ds Max, or other Autodesk applications.
- Basic knowledge of Dynamo, Python, APIs, scripting, or Autodesk software customization.
- Autodesk, SketchUp, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience participating in technical presentations, school organizations, competitions, workshops, or customer-facing activities.
