Smartsourcing is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Cebu City team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This entry-level role focuses on expense review, payment reconciliation, and accurate financial record-keeping in a structured finance environment.

You will support onboarding, remittance documentation, and ensure compliance with tax and internal policies while leveraging MS Excel and accounting systems. Growth opportunities abound within our finance department.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level experience; foundational accounting knowledge required.
• Basic understanding of tax compliance and financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA pathway or accounting certifications are an advantage but not required.
