Qualifications

3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives (AI, digital transformation, tech implementation).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus; trained in Design Thinking, Agile, PM frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process analyses and optimization across internal and MS client processes.
Identify opportunities to automate and transform processes using AI and digital solutions.
Establish governance and controls for process consistency, compliance, and risk management across the org.
Build partnerships across business, technology, data, risk, legal and compliance teams.
Drive transformation programs from strategy to execution with stakeholder engagement and change management.
Mentor and develop the process analyst and developer on the team.
