Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Excellence in Talent (HR Consulting) professional to own the end-to-end design cycle for transformation. You will lead AI-enabled future-state processes, drive adoption, and manage client relationships across industries.

You’ll guide AI integration, benchmark analyses, and design thinking sessions with cross-functional teams, while coaching junior practitioners and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation.
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI integration points, operating model changes, and adoption approaches.
• Proven track record building benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and teams with AI tools to aid deliverables.
• Lead future-state process specification, AI integration design, operating model changes, and adoption planning for your area.
• Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present and defend recommendations to senior leadership; manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments grounded in industry knowledge.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with cross-functional client teams.
• Connect operating model to future-state processes to drive practical transformation approaches.
• Build and maintain documented redesign methods and playbooks for assigned processes.
• Contribute to business development by qualifying opportunities and co-authoring proposals.
• Coach junior practitioners on process redesign methods and AI-driven design.
