Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
• Transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives experience.
• Strong PM, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities; structured methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data-driven insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; discretion.
