Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
• Proven transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and judgment.
• Proficiency in structured methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices to support the bank's strategic objectives.
• Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and organizational alignment by establishing measures that communicate and reinforce objectives across units.
• Lead and support high-impact enterprise-wide projects with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Support the bank's strategic planning process, including goal setting, initiative planning, and performance monitoring.
