Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Experience in transformation, change management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data-driven insights and executive-level presentations.
• Banking/financial services industry knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices for strategic objectives.
• Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and organizational alignment with clear measures across units.
• Lead high-impact enterprise-wide projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning, goal setting, initiative planning, and performance monitoring.
