Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategic planning in banking/financial services.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
• Solid project management and cross-functional coordination experience with strong communications and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine banking sector and macroeconomic trends.

• Produce sectoral deep-dive reports covering industry structure, credit cycle, growth drivers, competitive landscape, and regulatory impacts for assigned sectors.

• Oversee strategic initiatives as project lead or PMO coordinator, tracking milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
