Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
• Proven transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and judgment.
• Proficiency in structured methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data-driven insights.

• Develop operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices to support the bank's strategic objectives.
• Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.

What the role will entail

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Industry expertise in banking, financial services, or other mature industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience in transformation, change management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in structured methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong business judgment, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
