East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Strategy Officer to shape the bank's long-term strategic direction in Taguig City, operating in a hybrid arrangement.

You will develop strategic operating models and frameworks, drive cross-functional initiatives, and lead high-impact projects with senior leaders to deliver measurable business value and transformational outcomes for EastWest.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices.
• Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and formulate recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and organizational alignment across units.
• Lead and support enterprise-wide high-impact projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the bank's strategic planning process and performance monitoring.
