EastWest Banking Corporation in Taguig seeks an Enterprise Strategy Officer to shape and drive enterprise-wide strategy by developing operating models, organizational frameworks, and initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, lead high-impact projects, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives that support long-term growth, transformation, and enhanced stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Industry expertise in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Experience in transformation, change management and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong PM, analytical and problem-solving skills with structured methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop data-driven insights and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating models, frameworks and RACI matrices to support strategic objectives.
• Apply strategic thinking to evaluate opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and alignment by establishing measurable objectives across units.

What the role will entail

• Development of operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices that support the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Apply strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, address business challenges, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and organizational alignment by establishing measures that ensure strategic objectives are clearly communicated and understood across business and functional units.
• Lead and support high-impact enterprise-wide projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful business and transformation outcomes.
• Support the Bank's strategic planning process, including goal setting, strategic imperative development, initiative planning, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Industry expertise in banking, financial services, or other mature industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience in transformation, change management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in structured methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong business judgment, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
