Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of banking operations experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance operations.
• Experience with trade finance products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk/compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record leading transformation, process improvement, and automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What the role will entail

• Collaborate with business units, support functions, regulators, and auditors to deliver seamless client service and address operational requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of banking operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance operations, with comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing trade finance solutions such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Supply Chain Financing, Export Financing, Factoring, Forfaiting, Trade Credit Insurance, and Structured Trade Finance.
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, operational risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in banking systems and digital platforms.
