Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking a Presales / Technical Lead for Enterprise & Education Business to deliver end-to-end technical support, design solutions, and lead demonstrations that drive business growth in enterprise and education sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in presales or related fields, deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and the ability to create technical proposals. Willingness to travel and independent leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related IT field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in presales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise and education customers preferred.
• Proven ability in solution design, technical presentations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the Enterprise Team throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical workshops.
• Continuously strengthen technical expertise through training, certifications, and industry research.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with internal teams.
• Participate in technical enablement programs and mentoring initiatives.
• Ensure in-depth knowledge of all enterprise and education products, solutions, and services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and presentation materials.
