Job summary

PLDT Global, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist to provide technical pre-sales support for enterprise sales teams.

You will translate customer requirements into feasible telecom and ICT solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and assist with solution costing. You will work closely with Sales, Product Managers, and Engineering to design scalable, secure network offerings for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Exposure to Local Area/Wide Area Networking, data/voice communications, wired and wireless.
• Experience in pre-sales technical consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and managing implementation strategies that gain competitive advantage through timely solutions and opportunity pipelines.
• Act as a technical resource for assigned Sales units to determine technical requirements of corporate customers and PLDT Subsidiaries.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to strengthen accountability in generating sales opportunities.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and costing of proposals to develop customized solutions.
• Update corporate customers’ technical profiles to forecast business opportunities and upsell.
• Perform technical evaluation of customer equipment for compatibility with customer requirements.
• Attend trainings on new technologies and products to stay current.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and seminars to corporate customers.
