Job summary

Radius Telecoms Inc. is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect in the Philippines to drive end-to-end ICT solution design for enterprise customers.

You will lead technical discovery, craft scalable proposals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure feasible implementations. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in pre-sales or architecture, strong networking/cloud/cybersecurity背景, and relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, or similar technical roles.
Strong background in enterprise networking, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, and ICT infrastructure solutions.
Experience conducting technical discoveries, solution design, and proposal development for enterprise customers.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple technical engagements while meeting deadlines and service commitments.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, VMware, or equivalent are an advantage.
Experience in telecommunications, systems integration, managed services, or enterprise ICT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and customer engagements to understand business and technical requirements.
Design end-to-end ICT solutions covering connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, and related technologies.
Prepare Requests for Technical Study (RTS) and develop accurate, cost-effective, and scalable technical proposals.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Buying, Engineering, and external partners to validate solution feasibility and implementation requirements.
Present and defend proposed solutions to customers and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
Develop solution architecture documents, technical proposals, and high-level designs.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation standardization, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
