Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a results-driven Pre-Sales Engineer for our Valenzuela City team. You will bridge technical complexity and business needs by designing robust solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and driving growth.

Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution architecture with BOMs, and engaging demos/POCs to empower the Sales Team. Focus areas are Security and Data Center architectures with strong networking expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on ICT pre-sales or technical sales experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals with CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent.
• Familiarity with major enterprise ICT vendor solutions and hardware/software ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for clients.

• Solution Architecture: Develop high-level solution designs and accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations.
• Sales Enablement: Serve as the technical authority for the Sales Team, providing clear feedback, technical backing, and guidance.
• Specialization Focus: Design end-to-end solutions centered on Security and Data Center architectures.
