Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant in Change Management within People Consulting. You will join a globally connected team to implement transformative change across HR and ERP initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement and delivering high-impact solutions.

You will lead deliverables, coach project teams, and collaborate with EY offices worldwide to expand capabilities and demand. This role requires travel readiness and a strong consulting mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-9 years of Change Management experience on global client projects.
• Experience in HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI, SPSS, R or Spotfire.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or MBA; PROSCI/APMG certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and client feedback.
• Be recognised as a subject matter expert in HR functional domains.
• Drive client communication, cadence and cross-location relationship building.
• Support development of thought leadership, tools and methodologies for change management.
• Collaborate with EY offices to generate demand for change management projects.
• Build capability within the GDS change management pillar via collaboration.
• Allocate personnel, supervise tasks and optimize performance for project success.
