Job summary

EY is seeking a Software Configuration Coordinator to govern software changes and releases across the enterprise. The role partners with development, Basis, testing, and release teams to ensure controlled, compliant, and timely deployments.

Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, STMS) and ITIL change management is required. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership across global teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SDLC knowledge and experience in software changes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and STMS.
• Experience with ITIL Change and Release Management and with ServiceNow.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and govern software releases and transport movements across the SAP landscape.
• Manage end-to-end Change Request Management activities.
• Review, analyze, and remediate transport conflicts prior to production promotions.
• Ensure adherence to release, change, and transport management processes.
• Coordinate with global teams to align on release readiness.
• Monitor dependencies across SAP modules to mitigate risk.
• Maintain solution and release documentation.
• Support governance forums with release status and impact analysis.
• Enforce process compliance while enabling timely delivery of business changes.
