Job summary

WIZ.AI is deploying and optimizing its LLM-based AI Voice Agent solutions for enterprise customers in the Philippines. The role blends customer-facing solution consulting, deployment coordination, light technical integration, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization to help clients launch and improve AI voice agents that meet business goals.

You will support pre-sales activities, collaborate with enterprise clients on business cases, and coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Strong AI-native mindset and openness to emergent AI technologies.
• Active use of LLM and AI tools in daily work or projects.
• Able to read API docs, test APIs, configure systems and debug basic integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities: discovery, solution discussions, demos, PoCs.
• Understand business cases and deployment opportunities for AI Voice Agent.
• Follow deployment methodology: clarification, configuration, integration, UAT, go-live, optimization.
• Coordinate integrations with CRM, CCaaS, APIs, webhooks, knowledge bases, telephony platforms.
• Analyze data and feedback to optimize agent performance and deployment.
• Coordinate deployment activities across customers, sales, product, engineering, and partners.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues during UAT and rollout.
• Collect customer feedback to improve product capabilities.
• Support local projects across Philippines as needed.
