Job summary

WIZ.AI is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to sit with clients, diagnose real constraints, and design end‑to‑end conversational AI solutions. You will drive deployment, adoption, and post‑launch analysis to ensure measurable business outcomes.

The role blends strategic consulting with technical reasoning to defend recommendations to leadership. You will own the client relationship end‑to‑end, communicating effectively with executives and operating across cross‑functional teams to deliver value

Qualifications

3–5 years in solutions engineering, forward‑deployed/field engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or technical program management.

Responsibilities

Diagnose client needs beyond stated requests to identify real constraints and the primary business metric to impact.
Design end‑to‑end agent solutions, including flows, logic, escalation paths, and edge cases.
Lead deployment and adoption, manage integration challenges, and drive client buy‑in for go‑live.
Analyze live data post‑launch, generate hypotheses, and iterate to improve performance metrics.
Translate data analysis into a compelling ROI narrative for CFO/COO leadership.
Identify opportunities for expanding value with the client’s business over time.
