Job summary

Wonderful is deploying AI at enterprise scale, embedding with customers to translate ambitious initiatives into actionable deployment plans and measurable outcomes. This hands-on role focuses on delivering real value from discovery to production rollout.

You will spend time on site with customers, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders, tracking progress and removing blockers as solutions are adopted and proven in production.

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer needs into deployment plans.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete actions.
• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand processes and define deployment plans.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to capture workflows, success criteria, and constraints.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
