Job summary

Retell AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer on a long-term 1099 contract to help enterprise customers deploy and scale AI voice agents in production. You’ll bridge software engineering, customer success, and AI deployment to design integrations and troubleshoot deployments.

You’ll work with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, building trusted technical relationships with customer engineering teams and expanding product adoption across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or related technical field required.
• 2–8 years in customer-facing technical roles preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and API debugging experience.
• Clear communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deploy AI voice agents for enterprise customers.
• Design integrations and troubleshoot deployments in production.
