Job summary

WIZ.AI is seeking a Solution Consultant to deploy and optimize our LLM-based AI Voice Agent solutions for enterprise customers in the Philippines. The role combines customer-facing solution consulting, deployment coordination, lightweight integration, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization to help clients launch AI voice agents that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong AI-native mindset and openness to emerging AI technologies.
• Active use of LLMs and AI tools with practical depth.
• Familiar with APIs, JSON, webhooks, SaaS deployment, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Able to read API documentation, test APIs, configure systems and debug basic integration issues.
• Able to build lightweight prototypes, scripts, workflows, API demos, or internal tools with AI assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities: discovery, solution discussions, demos, workshops, and PoCs.
• Understand business cases, workflows, and deployment opportunities for enterprise customers.
• Follow deployment methodology: requirement clarification, configuration, integration coordination, UAT, go-live readiness, post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate integrations with CRM, CCaaS, APIs, webhooks, knowledge bases, and telephony platforms.
• Analyze operational data and feedback to continuously optimize performance and deployment.
• Coordinate deployment activities across customers, sales, product, engineering and external partners.
• Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues during UAT and production rollout.
• Collect customer feedback to improve product capabilities and deployment methodologies.
• Support local projects across Philippines when required.
