Job summary

SMA Support Services in the Philippines is seeking a qualified professional to design and maintain Voice AI solutions within GoHighLevel (GHL) and other AI platforms. You will develop conversational agents for lead qualification, appointment setting, and follow-ups while integrating GHL with external systems via APIs and automation tools.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, managing telephony, and building reporting to optimize performance.

Qualifications

2+ years with GoHighLevel, CRM automation, and related automation platforms.
Hands-on experience configuring GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, opportunities, and CRM automations.
Experience building or managing Voice AI, conversational AI, or automated phone systems.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational flow design.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Knowledge of Twilio, LeadConnector, SIP/VoIP, or cloud telephony concepts preferred.
Experience integrating AI services like OpenAI; portfolio in GHL/Voice AI a plus.
Ability to analyze transcripts, metrics, and optimize Voice AI performance.
Strong troubleshooting across GHL, APIs, workflows, telephony, and external systems.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js for custom integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and maintain Voice AI solutions in GHL or AI platforms.
Develop conversational AI agents for lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-ups, and routing.
Create AI prompts, conversation flows, and escalation paths for natural interactions.
Configure GHL Workflows, Automations, Triggers, Pipelines, Calendars, and CRM integrations.
Integrate GHL with external platforms via APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and custom integrations.
Manage telephony configurations, numbers, routing, and Twilio/LeadConnector services.
Build workflows updating CRM records from call outcomes with notes and statuses.
Integrate Voice AI with internal/external systems for data transfer.
Develop reporting/monitoring for Voice AI metrics like call volume and conversion rate.
Review transcripts to improve AI responses and reduce latency.
Troubleshoot Voice AI, workflows, API, webhook, and telephony issues.
Document configurations, workflows, prompts, and procedures.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology to translate requirements.
Evaluate new GHL/Voice AI capabilities and recommend improvements.
