Wealth Creators is seeking a purpose-driven Sales Representative to join its PH team. You will convert warm leads, guide prospects through our sales journey, and support enrollment in flagship programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year experience in inside sales, enrollment sales, or customer engagement roles.
Skilled in phone, SMS, and voice-based selling.
Highly coachable, results-driven, and confident handling objections.
Experience with online challenges, webinars, or event-based sales is a major plus.
Comfortable using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.

Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: Call, text, and email assigned warm leads daily using approved scripts and CRM workflows.
Sales Funnel Movement: Conduct discovery calls to qualify needs and goals; handle objections.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain notes, logs, and status in CRM; update lead stages.
Retention & Rebooking: Re-engage no-shows and indecisive leads; drive rebooking.
Sales Operations & Collaboration: Process payments, join daily huddles, uphold ethical sales practices.
