Job summary

Globevisa Group is seeking an English Sales Development Assistant to join its immigration consulting team. This entry-level role focuses on lead qualification, client outreach, and appointment setting to build a foundation for a career as an Immigration Sales Consultant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interested in the immigration consulting industry and motivated to develop a career in sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client engagement skills.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with client outreach, follow-up and appointment setting.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify newly assigned leads and leads from the common client pool.
• Identify potential clients with genuine immigration intentions and a potential investment budget of USD 100,000 or above.
• Build and maintain client relationships through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Conduct client outreach and arrange online or offline appointments with qualified prospects.
• Accompany the Sales Consultant for client meetings and support the pre-sales process.
• Prepare and organize English-language materials for client follow-up and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client resources, qualification results, follow-ups and appointment activities.
• Continuously improve knowledge of immigration programs, client needs and the company's services.
• Support the Sales Consultant in progressing qualified leads through the sales process.
• Take on progressively more responsibilities as sales knowledge and capabilities develop.

Education
