• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle all personal data responsibly.

Requirements

• We welcome candidates with a General Certificate or equivalent educational background.

• Prior experience in immigration consultancy, sales, or customer service preferred.

• Strong understanding of Immigration application processes will be an advantage.

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
